  7. BUTTSAVER will restore files that have been accidentally deleted. It can
  8. retrieve both ASCII text files and binary files. The data recovery rate is
  9. 99.5%. This is very useful for accidentally erased files
  10.  
  11. BUTTSAVER is quite amazing!! Binary executable files can be removed and then
  12. restored with BUTTSAVER, and they will run just as the original. BUTTSAVER does
  13. a true restore of the data. Unlike competitor's products, it is not an
  14. interface to the ``rm'' command. It does not require a ``daemon'' running in
  15. the background to operate. BUTTSAVER is fully featured. For the uninitiated,
  16. the command ``quicksave'' will retrieve any lost file immediately
  17.  
  18. BUTTSAVER also comes with the ability to permanently remove a file. This is
  19. needed because BUTTSAVER is so powerful that other users may elect to restore a
  20. private file you have just deleted. BUTTSAVER currently runs under SCO XENIX
  21. (all releases) and Altos XENIX, Altos UNIX, NCR UNIX, AT&T 3B2 and UNISYS UNIX;
  22. ports are under way for SCO UNIX.
